Order Dispatch:

Orders are typically packaged and posted between 1 - 3 business days.

Australian Orders:

Expected delivery time is between 2 - 6 business days* from time of dispatch.

Orders are either sent via Sendle or Australia Post (PO Box/Parcel Locker addresses and rural addresses) All Australian orders include tracking. 

Phone numbers are now a requirement for all orders - this is solely for the purpose of the courier/postal service - Sendle and Australia Post.

*Please note that delivery times could be extended due to ol' mate COVID-19

International Orders: 

Processing time to package and post your order is between 1 - 3 business days.

Orders are sent via Australia Post.
All international orders are posted with tracking hence the higher postage fees for all international orders. Phone numbers are now a requirement for all orders posted Australia Post.

Expected delivery time is between 6 - 20 business days*.

*Please note that delivery varies dependant of what country and region you are located in. 
Please also note that due to the rudeness of COVID-19, there could be delays with delivery (highly probable unfortunately as there are limited flights departing Australia. Please keep this is mind when placing an order).

Returns:

Please choose carefully as returns are not accepted unless your order has been damaged in transit, or is faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email hello@biancacash.com within five days of receiving your order. Please be sure to include a photo of the damage/fault.

Please note that refunds for change of mind orders are not accepted. This includes orders that have not been dispatched.
